New Newspaper Opens in Competion to Jewish Journal

Miami, FL - A new newspaper opened by the Miami Herald is seeking to compete against the Sun-Sentinal's monopoly on the Jewish South Florida newspaper industry. This paper run by an Orthodox family from Miami Beach will start as an online paper featuring news from the Jewish community run under the auspices of the Miami Herald. The idea of a Jewish paper in South Florida has been taken up by many, but non have succeeded as well as the Sun-Sentinal. Time will tell if the Miami Herald's idea will pay off.
